Finding My Path, Helping Others Find Theirs
I am a woman who lives abroad. My journey started when my company offered me a job in Spain, and I moved with my husband and our three-year-old daughter. We arrived in the spring, and at first, everything felt magical—the warm climate, the welcoming people, and the excitement of a regional role in an international company.
But as time passed, I started to struggle. Navigating a new culture, balancing work and life, meeting the expectations of a high-potential role, and learning a new language—it all became overwhelming. Self-doubt crept in, making me question whether I truly belonged.
What helped me through was coaching. It reminded me of who I am, helped me silence my inner critic, and gave me the confidence to move forward. Not only did I regain my sense of self, but I also earned a promotion. That experience sparked something in me—I wanted to help others do the same.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching and leading masterclasses for women living abroad and young talent. My work has taken me across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and APAC, allowing me to connect with incredible people from diverse backgrounds. Every story, every challenge, and every transformation fuel my passion for helping others redefine their paths and rediscover their self-worth.
